This charming group of apartments has much to offer: a secure building with an on-site manager, close proximity to downtown McMinnville and Linfield, reasonable rent levels at $495 and $545/month, washer/drier machines in a separate laundry room with TV on the lower floor, convenient parking for tenants, and the rooms have been recently remodeled from earlier years as a local hotel. Janitorial service comes in weekly and as needed to keep our carpeted hallways clean. Tenants are considerate of each others' privacy and different work/study hours.
